Liability In Uber Car Accidents
All drivers have a legal responsibility to exercise due care in order to avoid causing accidents. This is especially true of rideshare drivers. Ubers are required to carry at least $1,000,000 worth of liability coverage in the event that a passenger is injured. Victims of rideshare accidents may be able to seek justice through a bodily injury claim. Damages in a civil claim can help cover lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering.
