Liability In Riverside Car Accidents
Car accidents remain one of the leading causes of injury and death in the United States. Many car accidents take place when drivers follow other vehicles too closely. According to California Vehicle Code 21703, “The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of, the roadway.” Victims of car accidents may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim.
