One Person Killed In Roseville DUI Car Accident On Highway 49
ROSEVILLE, CALIFORNIA (May 4, 2021) – One person was killed in a DUI car accident along Highway 49.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place on April 1st. For reasons that remain under investigation an allegedly intoxicated driver crossed into opposing lanes of traffic and hit another vehicle.
Two people had to be taken to the hospital and one of them later died due to the severity of their injuries. Police later arrested a 51-year-old driver on suspicion of DUI.
A full investigation into the cause of the accident remains ongoing at this time.
