Woman Injured In Scotts Valley DUI Car Accident On Highway 17 Near Vine Hill Road
SCOTTS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (August 1, 2020) – A 30-year-old woman from Boulder Creek was injured in a DUI car accident on Highway 17 near Vine Hill Road.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 5:00 a.m. For reasons that remain under investigation an Infiniti made an illegal U-turn into the path of a Hyundai.
One woman was injured and had to be taken to the hospital. The driver of the Infiniti was charged with DUI and booked at the Santa Cruz County Jail.
An investigation remains ongoing at this time.
