Francisco Penaloza Santa Ana: Francisco Torivio Penaloza Killed In Santa Ana DUI Car Accident On Bristol Street By McFadden Avenue
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA (June 29, 2020) – A pedestrian identified as Francisco Torivio Penaloza has tragically died in a car accident with a suspected drunk driver near the intersection of Bristol Street and McFadden Avenue.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday. For reasons that remain under investigation a 26-year-old man driving a BMW hit Francisco Torivio Penaloza.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. Despite life-saving measures Francisco Torivio Penaloza later died due to his injuries.
Police arrested the driver of the BMW on suspicion of DUI. An investigation remains ongoing at this time.
