Sierra County, CA (July 31, 2023) The driver of a sedan was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence and rear-ending another vehicle. The California Highway Patrol started receiving numerous calls about a reckless driver on Highway 395 at Hall road, around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The driver was passing other vehicles at high speeds and swerving in and out of lanes. The driver eventually swerved to pass and ended up rear-ending another vehicle.
