Pacoima, CA (October 27, 2023) A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Pacoima on the morning of Friday, October 27th. It occurred at Bradley Avenue and Louvre Street around 5:45 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Louvre Street and Bradley Avenue. Officers received the call and arrived at the scene to find a pedestrian, motionless, in the roadway. Paramedics arrived to give aid, but instead, had to pronounce the pedestrian dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle who struck the pedestrian pulled their light-colored Nissan over to the side of the road and waited for police officers to arrive. They were uninjured in the collision and freely cooperated with authorities.
Officers had to close the intersection for a time while the scene was cleared and the coroner arrived to retrieve the deceased. The collision is under investigation to determine what happened and who was at fault in this Pacoima pedestrian versus vehicle collision.
