Tracy, CA (November 12, 2023) One person lost their life on Saturday morning, November 11th, in Tracy. The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred on Interstate Highway 205, near the Grant Line Road off-ramp, at approximately 3:45 a.m.
Officers and paramedics arrived at the scene to find a vehicle on its side. Upon further investigation, they learned that a pedestrian had also been hit in this collision. Paramedics sprang into action to help those who were injured. Sadly, one person was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities were unsure if the vehicle on its side was the same one that struck the pedestrian, but they are looking into it. It is also unknown if the pedestrian was the person who was killed in this collision on Interstate Highway 205 in Tracy.
The vehicle that landed on its side had to be towed from the scene and paramedics called for a medical examiner to also come to the crash site.
