3 Injured in Hemet Head-On Collision Near Acacia Ave.

At least three people were reported injured on Wednesday, November 22nd, in a serious multi-vehicle crash on Highway 78 in Ramona.

Hemet, CA (June 14, 2024) A serious car crash occurred today in Hemet. It left three people injured.

Just before 2 p.m., Riverside County Fire Department responded to a serious car collision at the intersection of Lake Street and Acacia Avenue. When they got there, they saw that two vehicles had smashed into each other head-on.

Apparently, the impact caused serious damage to both cars. A passenger in one of the cars was trapped, but thankfully, the Riverside Fire Department personnel were able to free that person through extraction efforts.

It’s not clear how many people total were involved in the crash, but at least three people were sent to the hospital with injuries, including the passenger who had been trapped. As the investigation continues, we will know more about what caused this frightening accident.
