Ontario, CA (June 26, 2024) Two people have died after a driver crashed into several parked vehicles on Saturday, June 22.
It was early in the morning, about 12:20 a.m., when officers received reports of a serious crash near Grove Avenue and 6th Street. When authorities responded, they discovered that a two-door Honda Civic had slammed into multiple parked cars. They found it wedged underneath an SUV.
Luckily, it appears that there were no occupants in the parked vehicles. However, the car that crashed held at least four adults. Two of those people were rushed to the hospital with injuries. Sadly, two others were pronounced dead at the scene.
The condition of the two people who went to the hospital is currently unknown.
Authorities are investigating and trying to figure out exactly what happened, but reports say they don’t believe impaired driving or racing was involved.
