On Saturday morning, callers to the police reported a serious crash outside a home on Manor Drive in Pacifica. Police and medics from the North County Fire Authority rushed to the scene around 1:30 a.m.
It turns out that a black Chevy Camaro was driving down the road when it crashed into a Nissan Altima. The Nissan was parked on the street. The collision caused both vehicles to careen into the front driveway of a home.

Upon investigation, medics found the passenger of the Chevy seriously injured. They rushed them to the hospital, and their condition is currently unknown. The driver, who sustained minor injuries, was also taken to the hospital. Thankfully, it appears that no one was inside the parked Nissan Altima at the time of the crash.
After further investigation, officers suspected the driver of the Chevy Camaro was under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest for felony DUI causing bodily injury. They investigation is still ongoing. The details about the driver’s identity have not been released.
