2 Dead In Fresno Collision At Champlain & Friant

Fresno, CA (October 14, 2023) 2 people are dead following a car crash in northeast Fresno on Friday, October 13th. Authorities said the collision occurred around 9:00 p.m. in the Champlain and Friant area of Fresno.

Upon arrival, Fresno Police officers found 2 people who had been killed in the collision. Authorities are still unsure as to how many vehicles were involved and what exactly happened. They are investigating this collision to determine cause and fault.

Friant was shut down in both directions for a while as crews cleaned the crash site and investigators surveyed the scene.
