2-Vehicle Collision Injured 1 In El Dorado County

1 injured in two-vehicle crash in El Dorado County.

El Dorado County, CA (OCtober 24, 2024) Two vehicles collided at an El Dorado County intersection on Tuesday morning, October 22nd, 2024. The accident left one person with injuries and caused traffic issues in the area. It happened around 6:15 a.m. at the intersection of Enterprise Drive and Missouri Flat Road.

Initial reports indicated that a gray BMW SUV and a white 2015 Dodge Challenger collided at the intersection. The reason for this collision, however, remains a mystery. When first responders arrived, they located one person who had suffered injuries in the accident. Those injuries were reported to be non-life-threatening and is is unknown if the victim was taken to a hospital or treated at the scene.

Investigators began taking statements and gathering evidence in an effort to determine what caused this two-vehicle accident. They are also working to uncover who was at fault. At this time, the investigation into this collision remains ongoing. Officers requested tow trucks to remove both of the vehicles from the roadway.
