Fresno County, CA (September 13, 2024) A terrible car crash in Fresno County happened in the early hours of Friday, September 13. It left three people deceased.
CHP says the accident occurred on Kearney and Garfield shortly before 2:45 a.m. A motorist in a Honda Civic was driving east when for unknown reasons, they veered off the road. They then slammed into a palm tree and the vehicle caught fire.
The three victims were trapped inside the car and tragically pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. They have been identified as 25-year-old Dario Urena, the driver, and passengers 21-year-old Syrus Suniga and 27-year-old Joey Suniga Jr.
Officers have reported that alcohol may be a factor in this single-vehicle collision.
