Orangevale, CA (June 26, 2024) On June 18, a vehicle slammed into a house. Two people were hospitalized after the crash.
The Sacramento Fire District reported that the collision occurred on Almond Avenue at about 7:41 p.m. The house in question is located between Marye Avenue and Strong Avenue.
Details are still emerging–it is unclear who the driver is or what kind of vehicle they were in. We do know that when authorities arrived, they found two people injured. he driver of the car needed to be extracted from their vehicle after sustaining injuries. There was also somebody inside the home when the car hit who needed to be taken to the hospital as well. The conditions of both the driver and the house occupant are unknown at the time of writing.
It is also unclear how fast the driver was going when the car slammed into the home. Authorities have not determined whether alcohol, drugs, distracted driving, or something else were involved in this collision.
