BRENTWOOD, CA (May 2, 2022) – Erne De La Torre Santiago, 54, was killed when a car struck him after he’d parked his own vehicle.
Paramedics arrived at the accident scene around 6:50 a.m. on the 12800 block of West San Vicente Boulevard in Brentwood. Mr. Santiago was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the coroner, Mr. Santiago died of blunt head trauma.
The driver of the vehicle that struck Erne De La Torre Santiago remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
The cause of the accident is unknown, and the police are conducting an investigation into the collision.
