San Bruno, CA (September 17, 2024) A rollover collision on the 280 Freeway in San Bruno sent four people to the hospital on Saturday, September 14th. The accident happened near Sneath Lane around 4:30 p.m., according to reports, and involved at least three vehicles.
As vehicles drove along the 280 Freeway in San Bruno on the afternoon of September 14th, three vehicles suddenly collided. The impact caused one of the vehicles to rollover, officers reported.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene and rushed to the overturned vehicle. They found two children and one adult who had all sustained injuries in the collision. They placed the three in ambulances and transported them to a local hospital to receive treatment for undisclosed injuries. Paramedics also found another person in one of the other vehicle with an injury to their scalp. They were also taken to a nearby hospital.

Officers are still working this accident in an effort to determine whether or not drugs or alcohol played a role in this collision. The rolled over vehicle had to be pushed back onto its wheels before it could be hauled from the scene. Crews removed the debris and glass from the freeway, as well.
