Sonoma, CA (August 20, 2024) Two vehicles collided in Sonoma on Friday afternoon, August 16th, 2024. It occurred on State Route 37 at approximately 2:15 p.m., not far from Noble Road, officers reported. At least one person sustained injuries in this two-vehicle accident, reports indicated.
A red Toyota Rav4 SUV was heading along State Route 37 when it collided with a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck. The collision left the two vehicles blocking the eastbound slow lane, according to reports. The accident occurred near the entrance to the Wing and Barrel Ranch hunting club and caused major front-end damage to the pickup truck. The Toyota was left with moderate damage to its rear-end, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and found the two vehicles in the slow lane of the traffic on SR-37. They quickly checked vehicles to find anyone who might have been injured in the collision.
