Folsom, CA (November 15, 2023) – A man was sent to the hospital with major injuries on Monday, November 13th, following a pedestrian crash on Bidwell Street in Folsom, California. According to news source, The Sacramento Bee, the accident took place around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection with Oak Avenue Parkway near the Broadstone Village Center.
The Folsom Police department stated that the man was crossing the road at the intersection when he was struck by a passing vehicle. The collision caused significant injury to the pedestrian. Fortunately, the driver remained on site to report the accident and cooperate with authorities.

Paramedics quickly arrived on site and transported the injured man to the hospital by ambulance. The driver of the vehicle did not report any injuries.
Police are investigating the pedestrian crash on Bidwell Street. They have not found evidence to suggest that drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
