Anaheim, CA (July 28, 2024) Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle accident on the Orange 57 Freeway in Anaheim on Friday night, July 26th. The accident occurred near Ball Road and involved a pickup truck and six other vehicles, according to reports. It happened around 8:20 p.m. caused injuries and traffic delays.
A white Volkswagen Jetta, a white Kia, a pickup truck and four other vehicles were heading along the Orange 57 Freeway when they collided. The cause of the accident remains unknown, but the vehicles blocked three of the right lanes on the southbound 57 Freeway. Debris was tossed in all directions, also causing traffic hazards in the area.

Emergency personnel hurried to the scene and arrived to find seven vehicles with various degrees of damage. All seven were blocking a large portion of the southbound freeway and debris was everywhere. Officers checked every vehicle, ready to give medical aid to anyone in need. They found at least one person with significant injuries, according to reports. At this time, however, it is unknown how serious those injuries are.
