Ashland, CA (October 24, 2023) A multi-vehicle collision occurred on Monday morning, October 23rd, on the Interstate 238 Freeway in Ashland, according to The California Highway Patrol. The accident occurred around 10:47 a.m. at the Interstate 580 Freeway interchange.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the call on northbound Interstate 238 on Monday morning, where they found 4 vehicles, two of which were badly damaged. A white Mercedes-Benz, two semi-trucks and a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, were all involved in the collision. Reports stated that the Mercedes sustained major front-end damage and the Ford pickup also had moderate damage to its front-end after the accident.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and helped those who were injured, but no reports on injuries have been released at this time, according to the official California Highway Patrol report. Tow trucks were called to the scene and worked to remove the damaged Ford pickup and Mercedes-Benz.
