Simi Valley, CA (October 10, 2023) – A rider was injured on Tuesday, October 10th, in a motorcycle collision on the 118 Freeway in Simi Valley. According to the California Highway Patrol the accident transpired around 8:49 a.m. in the area near Madera Drive.
The motorcyclist was travelling west on the 118 in the No. 1 lane when the Mazda changed lanes and collided with the motorcycle. The driver of the Mazda claims that the motorcycle was lane splitting, making them difficult to see.
