One Killed In Multi-Vehicle San Bernardino Collision

San Bernardino, CA (October 8, 2024) A multi-vehicle collision in San Bernardino claimed one man’s life on Saturday evening, October 5th, 2024. The fatal accident happened on Laurel Street, not far from Valencia Drive, at approximately 8:45 p.m., according to reports.

A car was parked on the side of Laurel Street in San Bernardino on Saturday evening. Vehicles drove up and down the street, avoiding the car. At approximately 8:45 p.m., two vehicles suddenly slammed into the parked car. Officers do not have all of the details at this time and have not revealed what caused the two vehicles to hit the parked car.

The Colton Fire Department paramedics arrived at the scene and found one person with life-threatening injuries. He was rushed to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he later died, officers reported. The 32-year-old man from Colton was pronounced dead at the hospital by authorities. Four other people were sustained non-life-threatening injuries in this collision, according to reports.

Officers investigated the scene and are working to determine what exactly happened on Laurel Street that evening. Tow trucks were called to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway and it took crews a while to clean up the glass and debris that was left behind from the accident.
