ROSEMEAD, CA (May 12, 2022) – Two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies were injured in a car crash Tuesday night when a driver of a sedan crashed into the back of the deputies’ police cruiser.
The accident occurred around 9 p.m. on the 2600 block of San Gabriel Boulevard, in front of the Royal Inn Motel.
Aerial video shows considerable damage to both the police cruiser, and the civilian’s car. Both Sheriff’s deputies were taken in separate ambulances to USC Medical Center to treat their injuries.
The driver of the sedan was also injured and taken to a hospital, although the extent of his or her injuries is unknown at this time.
