Tulare County, CA (August 3, 2023) A motorcyclist has died following a collision in Tulare County California on Wednesday night, according to California Highway Patrol. It happened around 10:00 p.m. on Avenue 328 and Road 112, near Visalia.

The California Highway Patrol told Action News that a pickup and a motorcycle were heading in opposite directions on Avenue 328. The driver of the truck, 38, turned onto Road 112, crossing in front of the motorcycle rider. The motorcycle slammed into the side of the truck at a high speed.
The motorcycle rider, a 55-year-old man, was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
