Oceanside, CA (August 6, 2024) An 83-year-old man was tragically struck by a car at an Oceanside intersection last Monday, July 29. He sadly passed away in the hospital on Monday, August 5.
Henry Broncy of Oceanside was crossing the roadway at Rancho Del Oro Drive and Via Rancho when a vehicle hit him at around 7:30 a.m. that day.
Police reported that Broncy was not in a crosswalk as he traversed the road. Further details about the circumstances surrounding the crash have not been made available yet.
