VICTORVILLE, CA (SEPTEMBER 18, 2023): 50-year-old Humberto Flores-Torres has been identified as the victim of a fatal pedestrian crash in Victorville last week.
Victorville authorities responded to an incident on Thursday, September 14 at around 9:02 p.m. Reports indicate that Torres was walking northbound D Street when a driver heading westbound truck him in the NO 2 lane.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered Torres lying in the roadway with severe injuries. Unfortunately, he died at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The Victorville Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate this accident that resulted in the death of Humberto Flores-Torres.
