Larchmont, CA (July 9, 2024)
A woman was tragically struck and fatally injured on June 22 in Larchmont.
Jessica Thibodeau, 25, was walking inside a marked crosswalk on June 22. She was at North Western Avenue and Rosewood Avenue.
Around 3:20 a.m., a white pickup truck heading south on North Western Avenue suddenly struck her as she was crossing. Paramedics rushed Jessica to the hospital, but she sadly succumbed to her injuries.
The Los Angeles Police Department has yet to find the driver of the pickup truck who fled the scene. The city is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and conviction of the suspect. They ask anyone who might be able to help to please call them as soon as possible.
