Clairemont, CA (November 22, 2024) Jorge Rodriguez, 50, was fatally injured in a tragic accident on Monday. A cargo van struck him on Route 52.
At about 2:30 p.m., Rodriguez pulled his Ford F-250 over on the eastbound side of the road for unknown reasons. He then stepped out of his vehicle near Regents Road, and the oncoming van struck him.
The victim tragically passed away at the scene, CHP reported. An investigation is ongoing.
