(Long Beach, CA) A truck crashed with Jose Spoonemore, 26, on the Long Beach (710) Freeway, leaving him with fatal injuries.
On Friday, May 23 at 12:03 a.m., the California Highway Patrol received reports of the 710 Freeway accident. It occurred on the freeway near Wardlow Road.
CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig reported officers arrived at the scene to a truck that had struck Jose Spoonemore. When they assessed the 710 Freeway accident, they pronounced Spoonemore dead. Authorities issued a Sig Alert for three hours, closing off some of the lanes.
