Kathleen Graham Arrested For Loma Linda Hit-And-Run

Pedestrian struck and killed at Lake Elsinore intersection.

Loma Linda, CA (November 15, 2023) Kathleen Graham, 63, was arrested on November 11th following a fatal hit-and-run in Loma Linda. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said the accident occurred just before 11:30 p.m. on Redlands Boulevard, near the intersection of Bryn Mawr Avenue.

Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to the collision involving a single vehicle and a pedestrian. Upon arrival, they found the pedestrian, a 78-year-old woman, lying on the north curb. A nearby telephone pole also had collision damage from where it had also been struck. There was no car or driver in sight. Graham had fled the scene before deputies arrived.

Paramedics were called to the scene and they rushed the pedestrian to a local hospital for treatment to critical injuries. Sadly, the woman was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

During the investigation and statements from witnesses, deputies were able to learn the driver’s identity and find her address, where they found the involved vehicle. Kathleen Graham was arrested and booked into Central Detention Center on charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence as well as felony hit-and-run.
