Pedestrian Struck, Hospitalized in South Los Angeles

South Los Angeles, CA (September 25, 2024) A pedestrian accident occurred in South Los Angeles on Tuesday night, September 24th, 2024. The pedestrian was left with injuries, according to reports. It all happened on S. Avalon Boulevard, not far from East 92nd Street, according to reports.

Dispatch began receiving 911 calls about a pedestrian vs. vehicle collision in South Los Angeles on Tuesday night. The Los Angeles Fire Department was dispatched to 9198 S. Avalon Boulevard where they found the pedestrian on the ground. Firefighters hurried to the victim’s side, ready to give medical treatment. The pedestrian was found with serious injuries and paramedics loaded them into and ambulance and took them to a hospital in the area. The extent of the victim’s injuries remains unknown at this time.
