Menifee, CA (October 17, 2023) Timothy George, 47, was killed on Sunday, October 15th, when he was struck by a vehicle while walking in Menifee. According to the Menifee Police Department, the accident occurred around 10:20 p.m. on McCall Boulevard, just east of Sherman Road.
Sgt. Matthew Bloch told City News Service that George was in the westbound lane when a Honda Sedan approached from the east at an unknown speed. The driver didn’t see George in the road because he was wearing dark clothing that was non-reflective. The Honda hit George, causing life-threatening injuries.

The driver pulled into a nearby gas station and called 911, Sgt. Bloch reported. The driver cooperated with authorities.
Riverside County Fire Department paramedics arrived and pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
