VICTORVILLE, CA (OCTOBER 6, 2023): 83-year-old Henry Yerena Rodriguez has been identified as the victim of a pedestrian accident involving a Walmart truck earlier this week.
The collision occurred on Sunday, October 1st, when the driver of a Walmart semi-truck fatally struck Rodriguez on the southbound 15 freeway under unknown circumstances.

The truck driver contacted authorities shortly after the collision, who reported Rodriguez deceased at the scene.
The 83-year-old man was identified a few days after the accident by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
