Los Angeles, CA (August 15, 2023) A woman on a “Pocket Bike” was hit by a vehicle and injured on Sunday morning. The accident took place around 3:45 a.m. and the vehicle fled the scene, leaving the injured biker.

The accident occurred at 27th Street and Griffith Avenue. A woman was riding on a mini-motorized “pocket bike” when a vehicle hit her. The vehicle didn’t stop but, instead drove away from the accident site.
The woman was taken to a local hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
Officers are searching for the vehicle that is described as “box style.”
