Hemet, CA (September 22, 2023) – A man suffered life-threatening injuries on Wednesday, September 20th, due to a hit-and-run crash in Hemet. The incident took place around 3:40 a.m. in the southbound lanes of State Street near Oakland Avenue.
Both Hemet Police and paramedics were called to the 600 block of State Street and located the injured man. But the vehicle responsible had fled the scene.

The paramedics transported the man to a nearby hospital for urgent treatment of his injuries.
