French Valley, CA (November 8, 2023) – A 45 year old woman tragically lost her life on Tuesday, November 7th, in a serious motorcycle accident on Winchester Road in French Valley, California. According to the My News LA, the accident took place just south of the intersection with Skyview Road.
Police reports indicate that the woman was driving a 2023 Chevy Volt south on Winchester Road when she attempted an unprotected left turn. This put her in the way of oncoming traffic where a southbound motorcycle collided with the Chevy. The collision caused the woman to lose control of the Chevy and collide with a tree and light pole just off the road. She sustained major injuries in the accident.

Paramedics arrived on scene to assist the injured woman, but sadly she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not been released to the public at this time. The condition of the motorcycle driver is also unknown.
Police are investigating the motorcycle accident on Winchester Road, including whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
