Riverside, CA (December 15, 2023) 44-year-old Patricia Grady was struck and killed by a vehicle on the Tyler Street on-ramp to the eastbound State Route 91 Freeway in Riverside. The California Highway Patrol said that the accident happened around 8:15 p.m. on Monday, December 11th.
Officers are still not sure if Grady was crossing the road, walking in the road or if something else happened. Grady was struck by a vehicle on the on-ramp and sustained fatal injuries, according to authorities.

The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene, along with paramedics and found Grady lying on the ground. They rushed to perform life-saving measures on her, but sadly, she was already deceased from her injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene by officials.
