Fresno County, CA (July 10, 2024) A scary crash occurred on Tuesday in Fresno County at about 6:30 a.m. On July 9, a man in his thirties was driving north on Dickenson Avenue in a grey Nissan. Suddenly, at the intersection of Dickenson and North Avenue, a semi-truck ran a stop sign.
This caused the two vehicles to crash, and the impact sent the Nissan into a canal. Thankfully, the semi-truck driver stopped and helped the Nissan driver out of the car.
When officers responded to the scene, they saw the Nissan driver had major injuries. Paramedics rushed him to a local hospital. His current condition is unknown at this time.
Reports say the semi-truck driver did not sustain any injuries in the collision.
