A person had been pinned between a pickup truck and a semi-truck in a local parking lot, reports indicated. Sadly, the victim did not survive. The fatal accident happened at approximately 12:50 p.m. on State Route 89 (also known as West Lake Boulevard), not far from Pine Street, officers reported.

Following the investigation, and once the damaged vehicles had been removed, crews worked to clear debris from the parking lot. This accident remains under investigation, according to reports.
