Los Angeles, CA (August 19, 2024) On Sunday, August 18, two drivers were killed in a two-vehicle crash in Vermont Knolls.
At about 5:03 a.m., first responders were sent to 959 W. Manchester Ave. There, they found two motorists, both trapped in their vehicles. Firefighters removed them after “extensive extrication.”
Tragically, both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
It’s unclear what caused the collision–an investigation is still ongoing.
The victims have been identified as Carlos Rompich-Cobach, 54, and Nordarrion Braswell, 31, both of Los Angeles. Reports have not indicated whether or not there were any other passengers involved in this crash.
