Las Vegas, NV (September 24, 2024) A two-vehicle collision occurred in east Las Vegas Valley on Monday afternoon, September 23rd, 2024. It happened at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Patrick Lane, just minutes after 2:00 p.m., reports indicated.

It was Monday afternoon in east Las Vegas Valley as vehicles drove through the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Patrick Lane, not far from Harry Reid Airport. Just after 2:00 p.m., two vehicles suddenly collided at the intersection, officers reported. 911 calls began coming into dispatch and traffic began to back up in all directions at the intersection.

Emergency personnel with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene. Upon arrival, they found the two damaged vehicles in the middle of the roadway. They hurried to assist anyone in need of medical care and found one person with injuries. Paramedics loaded the victim into an ambulance and rushed them to a nearby hospital for treatment for unknown injuries. Officers are working to determine what caused this east Las Vegas Valley accident, as well as who was at fault.
