Fresno, CA (July 22, 2024) A terrible crash in Fresno County resulted in a fatality this morning, July 22.
The collision took place near Elkhorn Avenue and Sonoma Avenue. At the time of writing, reports seem to indicate that this was a single-vehicle crash.
California Highway Patrol was alerted to the crash and arrived at the scene to discover that the car had overturned into water near the intersection.
Tragically, at least one person was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s unclear if this person was the driver or a passenger in the vehicle.
An investigation into this sad accident is ongoing.
