Just north of Lomo Crossing, for unknown reasons, at least two vehicles collided on Encinal Road. The impact let the two vehicles with major damage and caused them to stop in the middle of the roadway. The California Highway Patrol received the call at approximately 8:05 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the two vehicles in the middle of the intersection with major damage. Debris was all over the ground and officers hurried to the vehicles, ready to administer medical aid to anyone in need. They found one person inside one of the vehicles with serious injuries. Paramedics loaded the victim into an ambulance and transported them to a hospital in the area to receive treatment.
