Arden-Arcade Collision Leaves 3 Injured On Bell Street

2 killed in Gilroy collision on Highway 25.

Arden-Arcade, CA (October 14, 2024) Two people are in critical condition and another person sustained moderate injuries in an Arden-Arcade collision. It all happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. The crash took place at the intersection of Bell Street and Alta Arden Expressway, according to police reports.

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District was called to a scene of an accident on Saturday evening. The collision happened at the Arden-Arcade intersection of Bell Street and Alta Arden Expressway, leaving the damaged vehicles in the middle of the roadway. Officials received the call at approximately 7:30 p.m. and rushed to the scene.

Upon arrival, firefighters found one person trapped inside a vehicle and had to use special tools to free them. Two people were found with life-threatening injuries, according to reports, and were rushed to a local hospital. Another victim sustained moderate injuries. They were also taken to a hospital in the area to receive medical care.

Officers are working to determine what exactly caused this collision in Arden-Arcade, as well as who was responsible. Two trucks arrived to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway and glass and debris had to be swept off the roadway. Officers said this accident remains under investigation.
