At Least 1 Injured In Antelope Collision

1 Injured in Antelope crash.

Antelope, CA (September 20, 2024) A collision at the intersection of Antelope Road and Daly Avenue in Antelope, left at least one person with injuries. The collision occurred just after 5:00 p.m. on September 18th, 2024, between two vehicles, according to reports.

A gray Toyota Sienna and a maroon Lincoln sedan were traveling through Antelope when, for reasons that are still unknown, the two vehicles collided. Following the collision, both vehicles came to a stop in the middle of the roadway, blocking traffic, officers reported. Debris also littered the roadway at the intersection, causing even more issues for motorists.

The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene and found the two damaged vehicles in the middle of the roadway. Officers quickly checked the vehicles, ready to give medical aid to anyone who had been injured. They found at least one person with non-life-threatening injuries, according to reports. Officers called for a tow truck to come to the scene and remove the Lincoln, which was  blocking the intersection. The Toyota also had to be towed, as it was blocking the main roadway, officers reported.

The California Highway Patrol traffic unit is investigating this collision and working to determine what caused this accident. They are also determined to learn who was responsible for this two-vehicle collision.
