Las Vegas, NV (August 6, 2024) A multi-vehicle collision at a Las Vegas intersection left at least one person with injuries on Monday, August 5th, just after midnight. The accident took place at the intersection of N. Rainbow Boulevard and W. Washington Avenue, officers reported, around 12:20 a.m.
It was late at night (or early in the morning) as vehicles headed through Las Vegas. At the intersection of N. Rainbow Blvd. and W. Washington Ave., several vehicles collided right around 12:22 a.m. The reason for this multi-vehicle collision remains a mystery. The 911 calls began coming in as the damaged vehicles blocked the intersection, according to reports.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and found the damaged vehicles sitting at the intersection. Debris was thrown all over the roadway and officers began checking vehicles for anyone who had been injured. Reports indicated that at least one person sustained significant injuries in this accident. Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the injured to a nearby hospital to receive further medical treatment. The extent of injuries as well as the number of victims injured remains unknown at this time.
