Sacramento, CA (August 30, 2023) – A female cyclist was tragically killed on Sunday, August 27th, in an Oak Park hit-and-run collision on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The accident took place around 2:00 a.m. that day near 21st Avenue.
At this time, the police do not know much about the accident. The cyclist, who was riding on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, was struck by a vehicle. The driver then fled the scene.

Paramedics arrived at the scene to help the woman, but sadly her injuries were too severe and she was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman’s identity has not been revealed at this time.
Police are urgently investigating the Oak Park hit-and-run, hoping to identify a suspect in the woman’s death.
