An extremely scary accident occurred on Monday, July 7. A car traveling on I-8 near Mollison Avenue rear-ended another vehicle.
One of the cars, though it’s not clear which, then lost control. It traveled down a slope and flipped upside down, landing right in the backyard of a home on Ednabelle Court.
There were three people inside the car that rolled over. They were all rushed to a hospital with “moderate-to-severe” injuries. Their current condition has not been made available.
California Highway Patrol reported that no occupants in the other vehicle were injured. Thankfully, it seems no one in or near the home was injured either.
CHP believes speeding was a factor in this collision.
