Hayward, CA (September 13, 2023) – 55 year-old Chris Pena was tragically killed on Wednesday, September 6th, in a hit-and-run in Hayward, CA. The incident took place around 5:36 p.m. at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Orchard Avenue.
Reports say a gray 2000 Mercedes hit Pena and proceeded to flee the scene.

Despite life saving measures, Chris Pena sadly succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
